Yes. The app is free to download and the core tracking and reminder features are free to use across all 22 counties.

Which areas are covered?

All 22 counties and cities and 368 townships across Taiwan, including Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung.

Do I need to turn on location?

No. You can also search by address to find collection points and times anywhere, without enabling location.
