I'm not getting notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in iOS Settings, and that a reminder is set for your collection point. Check that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing it.

The location seems inaccurate

Truck positions come from government open data and can vary with traffic. Allowing precise location and a clear GPS signal improves nearby-point accuracy.

How do I set a weekly reminder?

Open a collection point, tap “Set reminder”, choose how many minutes ahead, and select repeating weekly on the days the truck comes.

Is my county supported?

The app covers all 22 counties and cities and 368 townships in Taiwan. Live truck position is available where the local government publishes it.

Do holidays affect collection?

Yes. Collection is often suspended or rescheduled on national holidays and Lunar New Year. The app syncs official schedule changes when available.
